For luxury and complicated movements — Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, IWC, Breitling chronographs, and vintage automatics — we partner with certified master watchmakers who hold factory training credentials. We never service a high-end movement in-house if we don\'t have the specific caliber expertise. You get a free estimate before any watch leaves our care, regular updates on progress, and full documentation of every part replaced.

Rolex (all references), Omega (all calibers), Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, IWC, Breitling chronographs, and any vintage pre-1970 automatic. We quote turnaround and pricing in writing before sending.

HOW LONG WILL
THE SERVICE TAKE?

Most high-end service: 4-8 weeks depending on the watchmaker's queue and parts availability. For vintage pieces with discontinued parts, allow 8-12 weeks. We update you weekly.

DO I NEED TO
GO DIRECTLY TO THE BRAND?

Not necessarily. Our certified partner network is often faster and more cost-effective than going through a brand service center, with equal quality. For pieces under warranty, brand service is the right choice and we'll tell you so.
