We never service a high-end movement in-house if we don\'t have the specific caliber expertise. You get a free estimate before any watch leaves our care, regular updates on progress, and full documentation of every part replaced.

Most high-end service: 4-8 weeks depending on the watchmaker's queue and parts availability. For vintage pieces with discontinued parts, allow 8-12 weeks. We update you weekly.

GO DIRECTLY TO THE BRAND?

Not necessarily. Our certified partner network is often faster and more cost-effective than going through a brand service center, with equal quality. For pieces under warranty, brand service is the right choice and we'll tell you so.
