We assess metal weight, purity, and stone value; you receive a written evaluation; and that full amount offsets your new piece. Broken chains, single earrings, outdated styles, and inherited pieces you\'ll never wear are all eligible — the metal has value regardless of the piece\'s current condition.

Yes — broken chains, bent settings, and cracked clasps all retain their metal value. We're buying the gold or platinum, not the intact piece.

If your piece has diamonds or quality colored stones, we credit their value separately. Small melee diamonds may be included at metal value; larger or better-quality stones are evaluated individually. We show you the breakdown before proceeding.
