


When you drop a piece off for repair, you receive an order ticket with a tracking number. Use that number plus your last name to check status: in queue, in progress, ready for pickup. We'll also send a text the moment your piece is ready — so you don't have to remember to check.



In Queue: we've received and inspected your piece; it's waiting for the appropriate jeweler. In Progress: work is actively underway — typically 24-72 hours. Awaiting Parts: we're sourcing a stone or specific component (most common cause of delays beyond 5 days). Ready for Pickup: work is complete and quality-checked. Picked Up: you've collected the piece — record closed.
