Quartz battery? Done while you wait. Sticky crown, scratched crystal, or a vintage automatic that's been sitting in a drawer? We work with a network of certified watchmakers to get it right. For higher-end automatics and chronographs, full overhauls take 2-4 weeks. Free estimate before any work begins.

Quartz: battery swaps and seals on most modern watches, in 10-15 minutes. Mechanical and automatic: crown, mainspring, gasket, and movement service for Swiss and Japanese brands including Seiko, Citizen, Tissot, Hamilton, Longines, Omega, and most Rolex references. Vintage: pre-1970s pieces handled with extra care — we partner with a vintage specialist for tricky movements rather than guess.

In-house (1-2 weeks): Seiko (all calibers), Citizen, Hamilton, Tissot, Longines, most Swatch Group quartz, and post-1990 ETA-based automatics. Specialist partners (4-8 weeks turnaround): Rolex (all references), Omega, Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, IWC, Breitling chronographs, and any vintage automatic pre-1980. We never service a higher-end piece in-house if we don't have factory-certified training for it — better to wait than to damage a $20,000 watch.
Whether you're starting a custom design or need a simple repair, we're here to help by appointment or walk-in.
